Cancellations
Subscriptions are non-refundable after 48 hours although we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Any faulty goods will be replaced.
Payments
All payments are processed by PCI compliant third parties - Credit cards and account to account by Payment Express and Paypal by Paypal, we never see or store your card or account information. Our website has a Komodo ssl security certification.

Delivery
Unless otherwise stated delivery is included in the price for subscriptions and magazines, pricing is the same for multiple magazines or subscriptions.
The following are our Industry Standard delivery times:
- For monthly publications (12 issues a year) please allow up to 4–6 weeks for your first delivery.
- For bi-monthly publications (6 issues a year) please allow up to 6–8 weeks for your first delivery.
- For international delivery please allow an extra 1–2 weeks for your first delivery.
