These are the terms and conditions that apply to your print subscription to a magazine published by Adrenalin Publishing Ltd In these terms and conditions the subscriber is referred to as "you", and Adrenalin Publishing Limited is referred to as "Adrenalin", "we" or "us". We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. By subscribing to an Adrenalin Publication, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment

All subscription prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. You can pay for your subscription by internet banking, credit card or direct debit or cheque. All prices are inclusive of delivery costs unless otherwise stated (deliveries to international address will incur additional charges that will be notified to you at the commencement and renewal of your subscription).

2. Customer details

Any errors made in providing details to Adrenalin are your responsibility. Adrenalin will not be liable for consequences that relate to any errors including but not limited to failure to deliver your subscription to the correct address. If you change your address or contact details, you need to advise Adrenalin as soon as possible to ensure the continuous delivery of your subscription.

3. Renewing your subscription

Renewal notices will be sent prior to the end of a subscription allowing you to resubscribe.

4. Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.

For magazine subscribers and pre-paid magazine subscriptions, magazine subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Delivery

Magazine subscriptions begin with the current issue, unless otherwise specified.

For magazine subscribers, if you do not receive your publication, you must contact our subscriptions team and we will arrange delivery of a replacement. Contact subs@adrenalin.co.nz or 09 478 4771

6. Your Information

We will protect and maintain your personal

We may contact you by phone or email in relation to your subscription or Adrenalin account. If you provide us with an email address, we may send you promotional messages, marketing, advertising and other information that may be of interest to you, including our promotional partners. You are able to unsubscribe from our emails, newsletters and advertising materials using the 'unsubscribe' function on the email or amend details via the update preferences link.

7. No liability

Neither Adrenalin nor its staff or agents shall be liable for any cost, loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result of a failure to act on delivery instructions.
